Top 4 Favorite Highlights of being a Designer

Top of the list goes to my client's reactions at first sight of their new remodel! It is so fun to go from listening to their needs & style preferences, to them seeing those words transformed into a physical space.
Second on the list is getting creative with my 3D renderings that allow my clients to see their designed space beforehand. I am a bit of a tech nerd & love creating renderings & 3D models for my clients. I realize that while designers may be able to visualize a design in their head, it is not as easy for the general public.
Third is the selection of materials. It's like letting a kid loose in a candy store! I can't wait to see everything available at my local vendors! I do research ahead of time to plan for certain styles & then take a trip down to Miramar to see if I can pick up samples in person. I'm a big advocate for seeing materials in person because photos online really aren't the best representation of actual colors.
And my 4th favorite aspect of design are the awesome Before & After photos. I just can't get enough of the WOW factor! The changes we make are like Night & Day! It's amazingggg & so fun!! :)
